ACC-RAC 2021 Registration Instructions & Policies

Please read these instructions carefully as procedures have changed with the implementation of our new system.  

 

Registration Fees - All fees are in US Dollars

Conference Registration:                   $350.00

*DC Student Registration:                  $190.00

**Advanced Degree Registration:     $230.00

***VA Resident Registration:             $230.00

Continuing Education Credits:           $120.00

 

*DC Student Rate:  To qualify for DC Student Rate the student must be enrolled full time (a minimum of 9 credit hours) in a Doctor of Chiropractic program at a college or university during March 2021.  Proof of student status from the Registrar's office confirming full time status in a DC program is required.  Student rate does not qualify for CE Credits.  NEW for 2021: Proof must be obtained prior to beginning the registration process as proof needs to be uploaded.

**Advanced Degree Rate:  To qualify for the Advanced Degree rate, the graduate student must be enrolled full time (a minimum of 9 credit hours) at a college or university towards a second or further degree. Proof of student status from the Registrar's office confirming full time status is required.  NEW for 2021: Proof must be obtained prior to beginning the registration process as proof needs to be uploaded.

***VA Resident Rate:  VA Residents must enter the code that was emailed to them.

New Procedures for 2021: 

  • Everyone needs a username (your email) and password in the new system in order to register.  If you are not in the system, please email [email protected] a request to be added.
  • DC Student Rate proof and Advanced Degree proof must be obtained prior to registration as you will need to upload the proof during the registration process.
  • Registering more than one attendee:  If you are an administrator needing to register multiple attendees, please email [email protected] for instructions.

 

Continuing Education Credits

Applications will be made for continuing education credit from as many states as possible.  States have different rules on virtual conferences and a chart will be posted on the website.  Please check back frequently for updates on CE availability as state approvals are received.

Conference Schedule

The schedule includes both pre-recorded sessions and live sessions to shorten the days and the times listed are in Central Time. 

The ACC President's will meet at 12pm EST on March 25th.  Presidents/ACC Representatives will receive a Zoom invite.  

The Chief Academic Officers working group will meet at 12pm EST on March 25th.  Members will receive a invite from the CAO Chair.  

Chairs of the other ACC Working Groups (CFO’s, Research Directors, Librarians, etc.) will be contacting individual members to schedule their meeting.  The timing of each meeting will be determined by the groups themselves.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

A full refund (less $65 processing fee) of the registration fee will be issued if canceled in writing by the registrant and that notification is received by February 25th.  Instead of canceling your registration, you may elect to send a substitute by informing us that you want your registration transferred.  No additional fee will be required. 

Registrations cancelled between February 25th and March 11th will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.  Refunds will not be issued after March 11th.    

Notification of cancellation may be sent by mail or e-mail to the contact information below.  Any registrant canceling by e-mail must receive confirmation from the ACC that the e-mail has been received. 

 

Personal Information/Privacy Policy

Personal Information:

Individual contact, personal and professional information are collected during the registration process and will be used to contact you about the meeting.  Conference Sponsors and Exhibitors have requested contact information in order to offer attendees certain promotions, specials, incentives, etc. for attending their booths at the conference.  You may "opt in" on the registration form if you wish your information to be distributed.  Otherwise, the ACC will not share any personal information.

Security:

When certain types of sensitive information such as credit card numbers are received during the checkout process, visitors are redirected to a secure server.  Appropriate security measures are in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information collected from visitors to the website.
