ACC-RAC 2022 IMPORTANT UPDATE

Due to the hotel recently receiving their sleeping room renovation schedule, and the fact that Comicon is ending Saturday, July 23rd, we are unable to secure enough Saturday night rooms to accommodate our working groups meeting on Sunday. Because of this change, we will be holding the working group meetings on Wednesday, July 27th after the end of the conference, rather than at the beginning.

*ACC-RAC 2022 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

With the continuing COVID conditions, risks and restrictive institutional travel policies during the pandemic, the ACC  Board has elected to postpone ACC-RAC 2022 until July 24-26, 2022 to allow broader attendance and safer  participation. Please note the new dates are not a typical ACC-RAC Thursday, Friday, Saturday format. The ACC  Working Groups will meet on Sunday, July 24th. The Welcome Reception will be Sunday, July 24th as well, with the conference  opening on Monday, July 25th and ending Tuesday afternoon July 26th

 

ACC-RAC 2022 Registration Instructions & Policies

Please read these instructions carefully as procedures have changed with the implementation of our new system.

Each conference participant must register for the conference and the fee includes breakfast, lunch, breaks, receptions and sessions

*DC Student Rate:  To qualify for DC Student Rate the student must be enrolled full time (a minimum of 9 credit hours) in a Doctor of Chiropractic program at a college or university during July 2022. Proof of student status from the Registrar's office confirming full time status in a DC program is required. Note: Proof must be obtained prior to beginning the registration process as proof needs to be uploaded to complete the registration process.

**Advanced Degree Rate:  To qualify for the Advanced Degree rate, the graduate student must be enrolled full time (a minimum of 9 credit hours) at a college or university towards a second or further degree. Proof of student status from the Registrar's office confirming full time status is required. Note: Proof must be obtained prior to beginning the registration process as proof needs to be uploaded to complete the registration process.

***VA Resident Rate:  VA Residents must enter the code that was emailed to them.

****Spouse/Guest fee includes breakfast, lunch and receptions only. Spouse/Guest will not be allowed to attend conference sessions. Spouse/Guest rate does not apply to spouse/guests who are both presenting a paper and/or a poster, or a workshop.

  • Everyone needs a username (your email) and password in the new system in order to register.
  • DC Student Rate proof and Advanced Degree proof must be obtained prior to registration as you will need to upload the proof during the registration process.
  • Registering more than one attendee:  If you are an administrator needing to register multiple attendees, please email [email protected] for instructions.

 

Hotel Reservations

Reservations must be made with Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina no later than July 3rd to receive the conference discount rate of $249+ per night for Sunday, July 24 through Wednesday, July 27. Any reservations made after this date will be accepted on a “space available” basis at the then prevailing hotel rate.

Continuing Education Credits

Applications will be made for continuing education credit from as many states as possible. Please check back frequently for updates on CE availability as state approvals are received.

Conference Schedule

The ACC President’s will meet on Wednesday, July 27th from 8:00 am – 5:30 pm.  The ACC Working Group meetings (CAO’s, Research Directors, etc.) will meet from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm on Wednesday, July 27th as well. All others should  travel on Sunday, keeping in mind the Welcoming Reception Sunday evening beginning at 6:00 pm. The conference will begin on Monday, July 25th at 8:00 am and conclude on Tuesday, July 26th at 5:00 pm. Please check the website for updated schedule information.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

A full refund (less $65 processing fee) of the registration fee will be issued if canceled in writing by the registrant and that notification is received by June 3rd. Instead of canceling your registration, you may elect to send a substitute by informing us that you want your registration transferred. No additional fee will be required. 

Registrations cancelled between June 4th and July 11th will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. Refunds will not be issued after June 11th. Refunds will be issued by check.   

Notification of cancellation may be sent by mail or e-mail to the contact information below. Any registrant canceling by e-mail must receive confirmation from the ACC that the e-mail has been received. 

Personal Information/Privacy Policy

Personal Information:

Individual contact, personal and professional information are collected during the registration process and will be used to contact you about the meeting. Conference Sponsors and Exhibitors have requested contact information in order to offer attendees certain promotions, specials, incentives, etc. for attending their booths at the conference. You may "opt in" on the registration form if you wish your information to be distributed. Otherwise, the ACC will not share any personal information.

Security:

When certain types of sensitive information such as credit card numbers are received during the checkout process, visitors are redirected to a secure server. Appropriate security measures are in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information collected from visitors to the website.
