ACC-RAC 2012 Registration Instructions & Policies

Each conference participant must register for the conference. Early registration deadline is February 6th. Pre-Registration deadline is March 6th. Payment must be received by March 6th or on-site fee will apply.

Registration Fees - All fees are in US Dollars

Early Registration (Now - February 6) - $449.00*
Pre Registration (February 7 - March 6) - $499.00
On-Site Registration - $515.00
Student Registration (Now - March 6) - $245.00
On-Site Student Registration - $265.00
Spouse/Guest Registration - $245.00
Continuing Education Credits - $120.00

Conference participant and student registration fees include provided meals, breaks, receptions and all events in the program. To qualify for Student Rate the student must be enrolled full time (a minimum of 9 credit hours) in a college or university. Proof of student status from the Registrar's office confirming full time status is required. Spouse/Guest fee covers breakfast, lunch and receptions only. Spouse/Guests will not be allowed to attend conference sessions.

Hotel Reservations

Reservations must be made with Planet Hollywood no later than February 22nd to receive the conference discount rate of $109* per night for Tuesday – Thursday nights and $159 per night for Friday and Saturday nights. Any reservations made after this date will be accepted on a "space available" basis at the then prevailing hotel rates.

Continuing Education Credits

Applications will be made for continuing education credit from as many states as possible. Updates on CE availability will be posted on the website as state approvals are received. www.chirocolleges.org/accrac/news.html.

Conference Schedule

The ACC President's will meet on Wednesday, March 14th and Thursday, March 15th from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm. The ACC Subgroup meetings (CAO's, Research Directors, etc) will meet from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm on Thursday, March 15th. All others will be able to travel that day, keeping in mind the Welcoming Reception Thursday evening beginning at 6:00 pm. The conference will begin on Friday, March 16th at 8:00 am and conclude on Saturday, March 17th at 5:45 pm. Refund and Cancellation Policy

A full refund (less $50 processing fee) of the registration fee will be issued if canceled in writing by the registrant and that notification is received by February 6th. Instead of canceling your registration, you may elect to send a substitute by informing us that you want your registration transferred. No additional fee will be required.

Registrations cancelled between February 7 and March 6 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. Refunds will not be issued after March 6th. Refunds will be issued by check.

Notification of cancellation may be sent by mail, e-mail or calling the contact information below. Any registrant canceling by e-mail must receive confirmation from the ACC that the e-mail has been received.

Personal Information/Privacy Policy

Personal Information
Individual contact and professional information is collected during the registration process and will be used to contact you about the meeting. Conference Sponsors and Exhibitors have requested contact information in order to offer attendees certain promotions, specials, incentives, etc. for attending their booths at the conference. You may "opt in" on the registration form if you wish your information to be distributed. Otherwise, the ACC will not share any personal information.

Security
When certain types of sensitive information such as credit card numbers are received during the checkout process, visitors are redirected to a secure server. Appropriate security measures are in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information collected from visitors to the website.
